Practice Task 1 Comments:

"Well done for getting everything onto your blog. The magazine works and there is a clear connection between your research and your final piece. Your sell lines are generally sound, but the ones near the masthead could be arranged a little more carefully. Do remember that the brief asked for two covers. When it comes to the examined coursework be sure to stick doggedly to the brief."

Practice Task 2 Comments:
"You have a really good range of photos here Lewis. I'm not 100% certain which ones you took yourself, but they demonstrate really good attention to detail and especially good use of lighting and mise en scene. Really focus on bringing this eye for detail and mise en scene to the images you use in your music magazine. You have the potential to achieve an A grade in this element of the course."

Planning Website

Screenshots of the website production process in time order.

I decided to change my idea at this point (15/07/20):

Upon completing filming, I updated my website to include hyperlinks to YouTube for both the two website specific videos as well as the Documentary (accessed through the image, text or play button.)

Planning Production

Title of Documentary: "A New Normal- Studying Through A Pandemic"

In the documentary, I want to look at how the many students have been affected by the covid-19 pandemic that saw schools, colleges and universities shut

I will use a variety of screen recorded news clips from throughout the pandemic, with two presenters on camera narrating the introduction. I will film clips from around school within a Covid-Bubble and follow all covid regulations where they need to be followed.

Attached below is my script I made for the presenters:
